Hi, we are sailing in 30 days and just completed the on-line check-in. Some information is not correct and can they updated it when we arrive? We all have the same DOB and passport type which I can't find a way to correct it. Do these info matter or not?

    Hi, Jessy!

Let me see if I can walk you through editing your check-in information online so that you can avoid any waits at the terminal.  (Obviously, they can edit this information once you're at the port, but I'm sure you'd like to get things squared away if you can before you leave home.)

If you go to the Planning Center and click on "My Online Check-In," you should see a series of boxes with several characters in each -- as you complete each one, the characters' silhouettes turn into full-colored pictures. Click on "Identification" which should be the character "Stitch." There is where you can edit each guests' information including Identification Type.

For everyone's Date of Birth (DOB), you may need to call (800) 951-3532 in order to change that. Legal names and DOBs were required when you booked, and therefore, this field is locked for on-line check in. This may present a problem for you if you try to register children in your group for the various youth activities programs as well as for the adults if you are trying to secure reservations for adult dining, spa services or adult-only Port Adventures.  I'd recommend having this changed as soon as possible to avoid other potential difficulties.

I hope this helps you, and I hope you have a beautiful Alabama day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
