    Sailing concierge for the first time. I know robes & slippers are provided but are NOT ours to keep, right? Are they cotton terry, polyester or waffle knit? And the slippers? If we order robes through the romance package, what type will they be?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You are going to love everything having to do with sailing aboard Disney Cruise Line as a Concierge-level Guest! Guests will receive above and beyond customer service on every Disney Cruise, but when you sail in a Concierge-level stateroom, the onboard Concierge Team takes the customer service to an entirely different level of amazingness!

    One of my family's favorite reasons why we book Concierge-level staterooms as often as we can is because of the additional amenities offered. Yes, robes and slippers will be provided in your stateroom. You might even find a toddler-sized robe hanging in your closet, too, for smaller cruisers! These are not yours to keep, but yours to enjoy during your voyage. The robes and slippers are made of cotton terry cloth and are so plush and comfy! The robes included in the Romance Packages found on the Gifts & Amenities page on Disney Cruise Line's website will be the same robes offered in the Concierge-level staterooms! (All products and offers are always subject to change.) For example, if you purchase the "Romance for 2" package, you will have two plush robes to enjoy not only onboard but at home, too!
