We are sailing April 27, 2024 on the Disney Fantasy and wanted to see how best to plan reservations for Palo and Remy and not miss going to all the main dining restaurants.

Ahoy, Samantha! Your cruise is getting so close! It sounds like you know Disney Cruise Line is not just for kids. These adult-exclusive restaurants are just a few of the activities on board that make Disney cruises phenomenal for adults, too.

The best schedule for Palo and Remy depends on your own preferences, so I am offering how my husband and I approached this same 7-night Eastern Caribbean cruise last summer. We really enjoy rotational dining and getting to meet our dining team, so we always go to the main dining room the first night. For adult-only dining, we try to go early in the week. With so much food on the cruise, we tend to enjoy it more earlier in the adventure. And, the second trip to Animator's Palate is not-to-be-missed, so we want to make sure we do not have overlapping plans on the night we are assigned to this dining room. Since we have cruised before, we find Pirate Night to be a good option for adult dining.

My ideal would be to have brunch at Palo on one of the first two At Sea days (Day 2 or Day 3) and Remy for dinner on Day 4, the day you are in Tortuga and the Pirate Night menu is served in all the main dining rooms. With this, you would only miss one night in the dining rotation and not miss any of the menus created especially for the theme of the dining rooms. Palo brunch is very popular and may not be easy to reserve, depending on the booking dates based on your Castaway Club level. If you are not able to get a reservation initially, keep checking the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. Many times, too, a few reservations are held for people to be able to request once on board the ship. Typically, there will be a desk set up on Embarkation Day for dining requests. On my last cruise, they were on Deck 2, just below the main lobby in front of the Enchanted Garden dining room.

Did you know Remy also offers Dessert Experiences? If you decide you do not want to miss any of the evenings in the main dining rooms, this may be a great option to have that exquisite Remy experience.

    Bon Voyage and Bon Appetit!
