We sailed on Wonder last July and plan to sail on Fantasy in June 2012. We loved our first cruise and had a great time, but noticed the pools are quite small and get crowded. Any idea how the pools on the Fantasy will handle the added number of guests sail

    Hi Danielle,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  I have to tell you that I had the EXACT same concern when I heard that the newest ships will hold 4000 guests, compared to the Magic and Wonder that hold 2400 guests.

Rest assured that all of the amenities and services aboard the Dream and the Fantasy have been designed and expanded to accommodate the increased passenger level.  Unfortunately for those of us accustomed to the expansive themed swimming pools at the Disney Resorts, the general limitations of a cruise ship can make these areas feel very crowded during the peak times of the day.

Personally, we always make it a point to swim very early in the day, and late in the evening - and try to avoid the mid-day peak time at the pools.

    Have a great time!
