    We have sailed on the Dream 3 times and we are getting ready to set sail on the Fantasy for a 7 night cruise. In the past I have seen people unloading cases of water with a luggage tag/key room tag, is this still allowed?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited for your upcoming voyage aboard the Disney Fantasy! If you love the Disney Dream, and it sounds like you do, you're going to fall head over heels for the Disney Fantasy! Plus, the Disney Fantasy was recently updated, offering exciting new experiences! You've chosen the perfect time to sail!

    You and your family are welcome to bring a case of bottled water onboard, but it has to be stored in your carry-on luggage only. All carry-on luggage is scanned through the x-ray machines at the Cruise Terminal before guests board the ship, so your carry-on bags must not exceed 22" x 14" x 9". Perhaps the cases of bottled water you saw being unloaded were pre-ordered from the Gifts and Amenities page on the Disney Cruise Line website? This is a wonderful option for your family if you would like bottled water but don't want to carry it onboard in your carry-on bag! If you order it ahead of time from Gifts & Amenities, it will "magically" appear in your stateroom upon your family's arrival!

    My family and I are big water drinkers and find the complimentary filtered water at the Beverage Station on deck quite tasty! We each bring a refillable mug for our frequent visits to the Beverage Station in-between rides on the AquaDuck.
