    We just sailed on the Disney Dream July 2011 and we are planning our next cruise on the Dream for June 2012. I'm trying to customize our 2012 trip but I can't add the Disney World package. Do you know when that will be available to add to our vacation?

    Hi, Michelle!

    Wow, you just came off the Disney Dream and are planning your cruise next year -- I certainly like the way you think!

    If you have made your Disney Cruise Line (DCL) reservation for 2012, go to the Planning Center on DisneyCruise.com to retrieve it using your number and birthdate.  When your reservation appears, click on "Modify" in order to add a Walt Disney World (WDW) resort stay either before or after your cruise.  If the site doesn't allow you to at this time, it may be a site issue. I had a similar problem and found success by completely logging out and logging back in again.  In addition, you can get site help by phone by calling (800) 951-3532.  The DCL travel experts will also be able to tell you when the dates for WDW resorts open up, too.
