    I've only sailed on a Disney Cruise once in my life back in 1999. Does this mean I'm already a Castaway Club member? I'm going on my second cruise ever next year. Can I retrieve my number to be able to accumulate rewards?

    If you have sailed with Disney Cruise Line once before, then yes, you are a Silver Castaway Club Member! That’s great news because you will be able to access Castaway Club Member benefits for your upcoming voyage. Please call Disney Cruise Line to speak with a friendly Cast Member who will be able to locate your unique member number.

    As a Silver Member of Disney Cruise Line’s Castaway Club, you’ll enjoy earlier access to cruise bookings (both onboard activities and new reservations), a dedicated Castaway Club phone number, member communications, access to online check-in 33 days before your embarkation date, and a gift in your stateroom to welcome you back onboard.
