Is the safari at Animal Kingdom appropriate for a 2.5 year old? Also, what connection, if any, is there between the breakfast at Tusker House and the Safari? Would we get a good spot in line if we book a breakfast there?

Hello southerly neighbor, Candace! Kilimanjaro Safaris and the Tusker House are really close to each other in Africa at the Animal Kingdom. We often make a two-fer out of them to start our day.

Here are the two ways you could do it:

    1. Make a dining reservation for 8:00 a.m. for Donald's Safari Breakfast on a day when the park opens at 9:00 a.m. When you're finished eating, walk on over to Kilimanjaro Safaris, which won't have much of a wait at all yet. We like doing it this way because you won't have many people in front of you at breakfast either.

    2. Option two is to make your dining reservation for around 9:40 a.m. Hit Kilimanjaro Safaris first and then head over for breakfast with Donald and friends at Tusker House.
