Hi Kelly!
Fort Wilderness Resort is a hidden gem at Walt Disney World. It is full of wide open spaces, pine forests, and many walking trails making this more unique then all the other resort options.
Trails End is the main restaurant here at the resort. It is located down at Pioneer Hall and the marina area and to reach it you can walk, ride a bike, take a golf cart, or take one of the internal buses. It is a buffet dining restaurant offering breakfast and dinner. There is a small take out facility located to the side of it which offers things like chicken, pizza, salads, and sandwiches. There is not a food court at this property.
You can also find some food options at the main Meadows pool. This snack bar offers simple sandwiches and snacks. Recently this resort started opening a retro RV food truck in the evening hours. You can go there for a dinner to eat or to go and it is also open for the guests of Chip and Dale's Campfire Singalong.
If you need food for your RV you can always check what is offered at the Trading Post. They keep a good supply of basic items of food and drink and all camping gear. Hope this helps with your planning for your upcoming "camping" trip to the Fort!
