    Hi, this is Ruth. We have a trip planned in June, everything is in the Disney system. I’m trying to add our granddaughters’s passes to our account but the site is trying to make me purchase tickets, which they already have. Please help.

     Welcome to planDisney, Ruth. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in two weeks! It sounds like this will be a big family vacation which always makes for a grand adventure. How exciting!

     I'm glad to hear you're using My Disney Experience to help you plan your family's upcoming stay. While this handy tool is certainly helpful in lots of ways, any technical difficulties you experience using it are not at all magical! You'll want to be sure all the members of your travel party are linked through Family & Friends on My Disney Experience, which can sometimes be tricky, especially if you're traveling with a big family. My best advice is to call the My Disney Experience Team at (407) 939-4357. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! I once experienced some difficulty getting 14 of my family members linked through Family & Friends, so I called for help. The Cast Member I chatted with was able to manually connect everyone in my travel party quickly and easily over the phone! It was such a relief to have it all sorted out. 

     Be sure to review the Know Before You Go section of the Walt Disney World Resort website before your family's arrival. It has lots of important updates about the health and safety measures that are being taken in and out of the theme parks!
