I am running the wine and dine 5K in November and my daughter is going to run the 200m dash. Will I have enough time to clean up at my room and make it to her dash or should I plan on going straight to her dash? Are there buses between the 5K and WWOS?

Hi Rebecca!  That sounds like a great Disney day to me!

There are not buses that run straight from the end of the 5K to Wide World of Sports, so you will need to return to your resort to catch a bus to the kids races.  The 5K will start promptly at 7 a.m., so you should be finished no later than 8.

What I would do is plan to be back at your resort by 8:30.  I would have the plan that if you weren't back by 8:45, then your daughter and other party members should head on over to the Wide World of Sports to get there in time to warm-up and enjoy the area.  Then, you would have a few minutes to freshen up and be over there by race time.

If you were to get to your resort earlier, then you could ride with them, but you definitely don't want them waiting around.  This way, you will be prepared for either scenario.  You will have plenty of time to get over there before the races begin!

I hope this helps!  Let me know if I can answer any other questions for you.
