    Running the 2015 Wine & Dine Half Marathon and will be staying at AKL (DVC). We planned on walking over to an Epcot hotel after the race to catch a cab back. Are we able to take a bus from AKL to Epcot and take the WWOS shuttle to the race start? Than

    Hi, Keelye! 

    Thank you so much for being patient with my reply! I was hoping I would be able to provide you with updated race information for the 2015 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon, but they're still working out the details. I know with construction happening around Walt Disney World Resort, there will probably be some changes for this event. 

    I'm also hoping Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge will be added to the list of host hotels for 2015, then transportation will not be an issue. If it is not, taking theme park bus transportation to Epcot and then boarding a race transportation bus to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex is a workable option! And when it's time to catch a cab back after the race and Finish Line Party, I suggest Disney's BoardWalk Inn, they always have the most number of taxi's at the ready in this resort area! 

    Also keep on eye on the Travel Tab on the runDisney website for updated information on host hotels and specially priced theme park tickets. With registration opening to the public on March 17th, details should be released very soon.
