    I am running the WDW Princess Half. My sister is planning to come also to cheer me on. I want to surprise her with a Platinum Chear package but can not use my Active account and buy one in her name. Any suggestions? Is there an ID check to get in?

    Welcome back! And thank you for your patience in my reply; I wanted to be sure I gave you the most accurate information possible, so I did a little researching for you. 

    First, you are correct, you are no longer able to register anyone other than yourself or someone under the age of 18 on active.com due to a new platform active.com has initiated. After speaking with runDisney regarding your wish to surprise your sister with a Platinum ChEAR Squad Package, here are the options that would work. 

    • Create a temporary active account for your sister that would enable you to purchase the package in her name and with her information. 

    • Purchase the package under your account. After picking up your packet and ChEAR Squad Package at the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo, visit the Runner Relations Booth and have the wristband used to enter ChEAR Squad Zones transferred into your sister's name.
