    We will be running the upcoming Star Wars Half Marathon. We are attempting to link our race bibs with our pre-purchased Memory Maker package and cannot seem to find instructions that will work. We have a 10-digit Memory Maker confirmation number. Help!

    Hi Geoffrey, 

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

    I just ran the Disney Princess Half Marathon and I remember panicking when I wasn’t able to link my bib number to my Disney PhotoPass account at first, even once the event had been over for a few hours. What I discovered was that I was getting that error message because there weren’t any pictures associated with that bib number yet. Once I finally got the system to accept my number (according to the instructions on the back of my bib) there were already pictures associated with that number and other pictures started “automagically” appearing in my account over the next few days. Based on my experience, there doesn’t seem to be a way to “pre-link” race bibs. 

    If you can see that your Memory Maker package is linked to your My Disney Experience account, then I wouldn’t worry about trying to link your bib number for the Star Wars Rival Run Weekend just yet. It should all work perfectly once the race is over. However, if you have any questions that you’d like to get cleared up immediately, I’d recommend contacting Walt Disney World Resort or even visiting the Disney PhotoPass booth that will be located at the Event Expo at ESPN Wide World of Sports (where you’ll be picking up your bibs).
