Hi! I am running Lumiere challenge. It was a surprise! My plane gets to Orlando at 5:00 pm in 11/3/17, do I have time to get My kit at the Expo?

    Hi Luisa!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. That is an amazing treat to be surprised with a trip for the Disney Two Course Challenge!

The runDisney Health & Fitness Expo on November 3rd is open until 7 PM. Since you land at 5 PM, you won't have time to take Disney's Magical Express to your resort and then the runDisney transportation to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. I think your best option is to take a cab or ride share service, like Uber or Lyft, directly from Orlando International Airport to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. With this you may still be cutting it close, but if your flight arrives on time, it is possible.

While it would be ideal for you to make it on time, if you don't please don't panic! RunDisney has historically offered a morning of pick up for your bib only. If this ends up being what you need to do, I would ensure you are on the very first bus, they usually start running at 3:30 AM, but this is subject to change so I'd double check when the Digital Event Guide is released a few weeks ahead of time. When you arrive you'll be able to pick up your bib only the morning before the Disney Wine & Dine 10K (you'll need to have your printed & signed waiver and your photo ID). You'll still need to visit the Expo later in the day to pick up your shirts and wristband if you plan on attending the Post Race Party.

Please let me know if you have any other questions before your runcation this fall!
