I will be running the half marathon in January. What are my breakfast options in the morning since I have to leave so early for the bus?

    Hi there, Nancy!

Congratulations on making the decision to participate in this incredible runDisney event!

You hit the nail on the head: EARLY. There's very little of anything open on property at 3:30 in the morning, so your best bet is to create your race-day breakfast stash the night before.

In the Moderate and Deluxe Resorts, your room comes with a fridge; for a small fee, you can reserve a fridge and have it delivered to a Value Resort room as well.

Every park offers at least one cart or kiosk where you can purchase fresh fruit. And each Park also features one bakery for loading up on those necessary (and delicious!) pre-race carbohydrates. protein option, such as milk, cheese sticks, and nuts, may be purchased at the store in every Resort.

Most importantly, perhaps, your Resort room comes equipped with its own coffee pot and assorted coffees and add-ins!

At the finish line, you'll be treated to a nice spread, including fresh fruit, muffins, and drinks. By that time, of course, you'll have loads of open options for fueling up.

Don't forget about your carbo-loading in advance: the Pasta in the Park Party in Epcot is a fun buffet dinner with character appearances, a delicious, healthful meal, and a special section for viewing the unbelievable Illuminations: Reflections of Earth nighttime spectacular.

    Train safe!

    See you later, celebrator!
