    Hi! I am running the Glass Slipper Challenge in February, 2015. Does anyone know if Port Orleans Riverside is considered a "Host Resort" for the event? If not- what is the best way to get to the starting line? Taxi?

    I have great news for you! Disney's Port Orleans - Riverside Resort is a host hotel for the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend. In fact, all Walt Disney World Resort Hotels are host hotels for this royal race. All your race transportation needs will be taken care of for all race activities! 

    Race Transportation pick up from Disney's Port Orleans - Riverside is just out and to the right of the lobby near Fulton's General Store. This will be the pick up location for both the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo and for all three races. My biggest piece of advice when staying at this particular resort, is to board the bus on race morning by 3:30am, just trust me!
