I am running in my first marathon at Walt Disney World in 2013, (I thought it appropriate to have my first big race at my favorite place on the planet). I know there is not a discount for hotels for runners but do they offer ANY discount park tickets???

Hi Sara!  How exciting!  My first half marathon was at Disney World for the exact same reason!  I have a feeling it will be the first of many for you!  Running through the most magical place on Earth is very motivational!

As of right now, there are no theme park ticket discounts offered for marathon weekend.  I think this is largely due to the huge number of runner's and family members that are there that weekend.  It is a much larger race than the other race weekends that offer the discounts.

You can definitely keep checking back on the runDisney website to see if they are offered, but as of right now, I don't know of any plans to.  You can also call 407-WDW-IRUN for information about race weekend events, and of course, you can reach me on here anytime!
