    We are running Expedition Everest Family Edition. We aren't staying at an event hotels, so traveling to packet pick-up will take a lot of coordination. Do you think we will have time to pick up our packets Saturday morning and get to the race on time?

    Hi, Kathy! 

    How exciting you will be participating in the 2014 Expedition Everest Family Edition. It's hard to believe this event is only a few short weeks away. 

    Expo hours for Saturday begin at 9:00am, so as long as you plan on arriving prior to that, and entering the expo at opening, I do believe you will have plenty of time! My suggestion would be to plan on being able to park at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex by 8:30am, obtaining your packets, and then heading on over to the start zone area of your race to prepare--this way you won't miss any important announcements.
