Hi! I will be running the Disney Princess Half Marathon in February. Can you tell me if the Boardwalk hotel is the most convenient place to stay for the race? I would like to be close to the start/finish, but don't see that they have posted the course yet.

Hi Lindsey!  The Princess Half Marathon is a great race--lots of Princess Power!!

Unless they decide to drastically change things, the race will begin and end in the Epcot parking lot.  So, the Epcot area resorts (Boardwalk, Beach Club and Yacht Club) are the closest.  There will be buses running from all host resorts to and from all race weekend activities.  You would have to take a bus to the start of the race even from the Epcot resorts because Epcot wouldn't be open that early for you to walk through to get to the parking lots.  (Those resorts have an entrance into Epcot at the back of the park)

I like to stay at those resorts anyway, because I love being that close to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.  If you have a ticket to get  into a theme park on race day, you could walk back through Epcot and out that back entrance to get back to your room.   But please know that all host resorts will be convenient because of the bus transportation that weekend.

Let me know if I can help in any other way!!
