Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for running by with your question. My wife just ran the Springtime Surprise race a few weeks ago. She had the most amazing time dressing up, running, and enjoying all of the neat experiences during race weekend. So let's lace up our running shoes and get to it.
Alrighty, so I did some sleuthing, and what I could find out about getting from the resort to the finish line area. Your family can go to the designated race bus stop at the resort and request accessible transportation to the event. Since the vehicle will need to be requested, it could take a little while for it to arrive and get you there, depending on how busy they are that morning, so I would plan to arrive as early as possible. You should also be able to find more information about transportation closer to the event when it is published on the
runDisney website. Another thing I would look into is stopping by the Athletes with Disabilities tent at the expo, as they may have additional information. You can also use the
Contact Us page to request information in advance as well.
We’re almost to our finish line, and I wanted to leave you with one last tip. Prior to your race, I would recommend getting Memory Maker. Memory Maker lets you get all the amazing
Photo Pass pictures taken during the race, especially with all the characters. There is no better way to capture all of these core memories
