On the RunDisney site, there's reference to an Online Spectator Tool yet it is nowhere to be found. In past years the tool provided the race routes and all possible viewing locations based on runner pace. Any idea when this tool will be back?

    Hi Tracy!

Well, this is a great question because it is still listed on the website, but it will no longer be offered.  (runDisney is in the process of removing that information online)

I am sure you have seen, on that same SPECTATORS tab page, the information about runner tracking.  This is a great way to find out where your runner is.  When they cross the 5K, 10K, and 15K marks of the race, you will get a text or email alert to let you know their pace and estimated finish time.  You will find a live link to that about two weeks prior to each race.  I wish I had known about this during my first half marathon in 2009.  Apparently, I thought I was going to be a lot faster than in reality, so my dad stood at the finish line with my two boys for over an hour and a half!!

Please let me know if you have any other questions!
