Hey there, Lisa, and welcome to planDisney!
As much as I love going the distance solo for runDisney races, I will always cherish the events when I've been by my family's side. I truly hope that you will get to experience this, too. Let's get into what you need to know about your Club runDisney membership and registering others.
As a Gold or Platinum
Club runDisney member, you will get early access to register for upcoming runDisney events. You will get a special link to register early once you get closer to registration day. Being able to secure your place up to a week early is a pretty cool perk! Now, are you able to register others, like your daughters? If you are a Platinum member, you can buy up to 2 registrations but this just means that you can register for a challenge and another race (like a Half Marathon/10K combo and an additional 5K) for yourself. I know that this isn't the good news that you were expecting.
If your heart is set on only racing if your daughters can do it with you, then I recommend waiting for the general public's registration to open. However, if you're okay with running those magical miles without them, register early and then try to get them in. Registration days for the public can be tricky, but I've only ever not gotten in one time (and even then, I had a friend who had gotten through the queue who was able to add me to her registration).
AN EXTRA GEM: Make sure that you have everyone's personal info at the ready so that you can move through registration as quickly as possible. If I have others to register, I have their information saved somewhere on my device in order to do a quick copy and paste into the
runDisney website. Your information as a previous runner should populate into the sections automatically, so luckily that will help the process go faster.
