Leslie Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I have run 2 Disney half marathons and would definitely want to run more. However, I was wondering if Disney ever does any promotions to sell their timeshares-- ie: 2 night stay for listening to a sales presentation, etc. Thanks in advance!

Hi Leslie!  Congratulations on completing two runDisney half marathons!  That is quite an accomplishment!  I hope to see you at another one really soon.  I checked with the Disney Vacation Club specialists on the moms panel to make sure I knew the answer to your question.  When you go to a sales presentation for Disney Vacation Club, you will usually be presented with an incentive for going.  The incentives are constantly changing though.  The latest incentive was an all-day FASTPASS to one park.  Other incentives have included blankets, dinners, etc.  No one on the panel was ever aware of a night at a resort being offered as an incentive.  Sometimes when you are already a member, you can earn extra points (which can be used for night stays) by bringing friends to sales presentations or referring someone who then joins the club.  I am sorry I don't have a straight answer to your question, but the actual answer is that the incentives vary by destination and time.  I hope this helps!
