runDisney races are my absolute favorite! From meeting rare characters on the courses to running by iconic Disneyland theme park locations, there are no other races quite like them. So far, the
Disney Parks Blog has released the dates for the
2024-2025 season up to the
runDisney
Springtime Surprise Weekend in April 2025. However, fear not, Nicole, the remainder of the 2025 races have yet to be announced. The new and bewitching
2024 Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Weekend was announced in October 2023, so it is possible we might hear about more 2025 races in the fall.
There are currently two race weekends on the calendar for the
Disneyland Resort -- the Halloween Half Marathon in September 2024 and the
Disneyland Half Marathon in January 30-February 2, 2025. General registration for the Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend opens on June 18, 2024, and is sure to go quickly. So lace up those running shoes and log on early!
Nicole, while we can hope for more 2025 race announcements this fall, there have been times when they did not announce the full race season's date until January. So, I recommend following the
Disney Parks Blog,
runDisney.com, and
runDisney Instagram to ensure you are up-to-date on all important information and announcements. My guess is that while Madame Leota and the spirits beyond may already know when and if the 2025 Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Weekend will materialize, we mere mortals will have to wait until the official announcement.
