Rules for personalization of ornaments? Bought ornaments last month in the parks & was not able to get them personalized. I will be back at the park soon & would like to bring ornaments with me to personalize. The tags have been removed.

    Hi Danielle,

Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your question! With just two days until your visit, you must be starting to daydream about stepping into the magic at the Happiest Place on Earth. I can feel the excitement for you!

In my book, a Disneyland trip is not complete without a keepsake to hold all those unforgettable memories. Sounds like you and I might be on the same page! I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to personalize your ornaments during your last visit. I'm hoping that the magic swept you away and a stop at Plaza Point just didn't fit into your busy park days. Whether merchandise is purchased same-day or during a previous visit, personalization requires merchandise to have the original tags along with the receipt. I wish I had better news for you, Danielle! I know how special it is to add a personal touch to those keepsakes. If you have specific questions, I highly recommend reaching out to Merchandise Guest Services at (877) 560-6477. I recently had to reach out about a lightsaber malfunction, and they were very quick to respond with tips on how to get it up and running for my Jedi!

If you're like me, sweet treats are also considered a must-have keepsake to enjoy once we are back at home. The Wonderful World of Sweets reopened just last week in Downtown Disney, and it will definitely be one of my first stops during my next visit. You can find all the sugary essentials along with classic Disneyland bakery items like character inspired caramel apples. Personally, I've got my eye on the Raspberry Peanut Butter Square. There's even a popcorn bucket exclusive to this one-stop sweet shop with the cutest name - Poppi!

Danielle, I hope this was helpful in your planning. While it may not be the news you were looking for, I hope it doesn't put a damper on all the magic you're about to enjoy. Sending you faith, trust, and pixie dust that you find a souvenir that brings you a lot of joy on this next visit. If you have anymore questions, please don't hesitate to come back to us here at planDisney

    Magic awaits,
    Tara
