Hi, Dana!
Welcome, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about the
Disneyland Resort.
Wagons of all types are not permitted inside Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park, and that includes hybrid versions, trailer-type objects, strollers larger than 36” x 52” and products that must be pulled behind you. A
list of items not allowed inside the theme parks is available online, but non-permitted items are not limited to this list.
I do understand your dilemma, however. My son is 7 years old and still struggles with spending so much time on his feet when we are exploring the theme parks all day. I’ve found that it helps to bring along a
stroller for him to use when he needs an occasional break from walking, even if he is a bit too tall to fit under the sun canopy. Another option would be to rent a stroller from a local company that may have a higher maximum height and weight limit than the one you own. Some common jogging strollers available for rent can accommodate children who weigh up to 70 pounds and are 44 inches tall.
I hope this answers your question, Dana. Please don’t hesitate to write back if you need any other information as you continue planning your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
