    Hi, i have a R-series from the droid store at hollywood studios. But the thing is, one of the wheels stopped functioning and now my droid can only go in circles. Can you please tell me how to fix it? got the droid years ago so im wondering what you can do

    If you're planning to travel to Batuu and the Black Spire Outpost soon, the Droid Depot is your best option. They can quickly assess and repair your unit in person, and you can conveniently purchase any necessary spare parts at their renowned establishment. 

    Alternatively, you can contact Merchandise Guest Services by calling 1-877-560-6477 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. You can also email them at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. Just make sure you give them as much info as possible about your unit, including its original assembly date and the issue you're facing. They'll go above and beyond to help you get your droid back to tip-top shape!
