Hi there Suhanya, and a very Royal Welcome to planDisney from a fellow Canadian!
When it comes to
Character Dining Experiences, I'm always happy to bestow my Princely knowledge upon anyone looking to enjoy a meal with a visit from some esteemed guests. I love seeing the little extra touches of magic that families get to experience - including any special souvenir items you may receive with your meal!
You'll be happy to know that I paid a visit to
Cinderella's Royal Table this week and indeed saw swishing swords and waving wands presented to guests as they exited the castle after their meal. The friendly Cast Member I spoke with did provide a few helpful bits of knowledge: guests may even receive a special Wishing Star or an autographed card from Cinderella as a thank you for your visit, but be aware that these special royal trinkets and treasures from the castle may be subject to change based on availability. They also noted that you might expect the
current Menu pricing to be updated and perhaps increased with the return of royal guests like Princesses from other lands!
After your meal, it might be nice to visit the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique next door to kindly ask the Fairy Godmother's Apprentices there to see whether they can sprinkle a little bit of pixie dust to give your wands or swords an extra bit of enchantment. I hope you're stoked for your upcoming trip this year, you'll be coming at a time when you'll hopefully be able to enjoy brand-new experiences and nighttime spectaculars at Walt Disney World Resort, including
TRON Lightcycle / Run.
Please feel free to come back to
ask me any questions that you'd like me to research for you; I always love helping more Canadians make our way to Disney's magical destinations around the world!
Be sure to send my Royal Regards to Cinderella during your visit,
Prince
