The Royal Hall at Disneyland is not showing any hours available for any Tuesdays in April. Is it not open on Tuesdays anymore?

Hi Kerri! Thanks for visiting planDisney.

The Royal Hall at Fantasyland is a fantastic place to meet some of the beloved Princesses while visiting Disneyland Park. Sometimes up to 3 Princesses hold court at a time, posing for pictures and signing autographs for the visiting royalty who come to see them. Who are you hoping to meet? My favorite Princess is Rapunzel, but it's almost too hard to choose. All the Princesses are brave, smart, and empathetic!

It sounds like you checked the Meet the Princesses at The Royal Hall page for appearance times. I checked too, and you're correct that nothing is showing on Tuesdays for this month. It may be the case that The Royal Hall is closed on Tuesdays for the time being. A Cast Member suggested you speak with a friendly Cast Member when you arrive to see if Princesses will be greeting Guests on the day of your visit. Prior to our visit in March, The Royal Hall appeared on the schedule as if it would be closed, but when we arrived it was open. So it may be the case that the schedule changes. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

This isn't the only place to meet Characters, however, including Princesses! There's a handy tool in the Disneyland mobile app, which will help you find your favorite Characters in the parks. On the map, change the selection from "Attractions" to "Characters" to bring up Mickey Mouse icons. Tap to see who you can meet or run into in that spot and what time to expect them. Schedules are subject to change, but you can use this Character map to plan your must-do interactions.

You'll see that some Characters appear in formal Meet & Greet scenarios and others are roaming. For example, we happened upon Pocahontas on the walkway between Fantasyland and Frontierland last month. We had a lovely little chat and she posed for a few pictures with us. There's an extra special kind of magic with those unexpected encounters.

    I hope this helps!
