HEAR YE, HEAR YE! The Royal Gathering - or, "The Princess Gathering," as it was previously known - is an opportunity for Guests of all ages to meet and greet some of their favorite Disney royalty all at one time and place! This event is offered on most itineraries and is a separately ticketed event - but one that comes with no additional cost! Tickets for this event are made available in the "Onboard Fun" section of your cruise activities planning section 30 days prior to your sailing!
Now it's not often that the schedules of multiple princesses align, but wouldn't you know it, sometimes as many as five of our favorite royals are available to meet! In the past, we've been able to meet Belle, Rapunzel, Moana, Tiana, Cinderella, Ariel, Snow White, and more! You can never be sure who you'll see at the Royal Gathering, so it's a fun surprise to see who was able to make it aboard...though I do always wonder how they get there...
I will mention that tickets to these events do go quickly, as do the separate meet-and-greets for characters like Anna and Elsa, as well as heroes like Iron Man, Black Panther, Captain America, Groot, and others (on sailings with a
Marvel Day at Sea), so I suggest you be ready to jump on your "
Book/Manage Cruise Activities" link as soon as the clock strikes midnight 30 days before your sailing!
Whether you decide to book a chance to see your favorites, or will just admire from afar, the Royal Gathering is one of the many ways to
experience the magic that is included in a Disney Cruise Line vacation.
