Does Rose and Crown in Epcot still offer a vegan fish and chips option? Several years ago they did, but it wasn't on the menu. I am a vegetarian and the Impossible alternatives make me sick, so the vegan fish and chips are an excellent option for me!

Welcome back to planDisney, Cherie! Thanks so much for coming to us today to ask about plant-based dining at Walt Disney World Resort. I'm a major foodie, and one of the reasons I find myself back at The Most Magical Place On Earth time and time again is because of the diversity of food options available! There are accommodations for just about every diet, and the plant-based menu has definitely grown in size and creativity over the last few years.

The Rose & Crown Dining Room at EPCOT is legendary among Walt Disney World Guests for their delicious food and fun pub drinks. I always have a great meal when I dine there so I'm pleased to hear that you're interested in making a reservation. The Vegan Fish and Chips are a great option for plant-based eaters, and although they are not listed on the menu, they are still available to order! This dish has been an off-menu item for several years, and it is a delicious and fun plant-based alternative to traditional fish and chips. Although they are currently available to order, menu items are subject to change at any time, so be sure to ask your server about the plant-based options available when you arrive for your reservation.

    Have a magical day, Cherie!

In fact, we even opted out of a tropical honeymoon to spend a blissful week at Walt Disney World Resort instead! I'm thrilled to be on the planDisney Panel and I'm excited to share everything I've learned from all of our trips and help you plan a memorable family vacation.  Learn More About Jessica
