Hello, is ROR at HS appealing for kids 7 below? They only like The Mandalorian and we just want to encounter storm troopers for pics - can we just do that while in line for Star Tours ride for example? Can we just take a pics outside the boarding que? Ty!

Wow, Diane! You've brought such a great question to planDisney! Although, I tend to love just about any question to do with Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios!

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is an astonishing accomplishment for the Disney Imagineers! If Stormtroopers are what you seek then you will find more Stormtroopers at Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance than any other place in the Walt Disney World Resort! In fact, the display of Stormtroopers at this attraction is downright intimidating...even though they are a horrible shot!

While your younglings adore The Mandalorian (and who doesn't!?), I believe they would appreciate the stunning visuals of Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance! You truly feel like you are starring in a Star Wars movie! Keep in mind that similar to Star Tours - The Adventures Continue, younglings must be at least 40 inches tall to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. The other amazing attraction in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. Younglings must be at least 38 inches tall to climb behind the controls of the famous freighter!

Diane, should you choose not to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, your family will most likely "encounter" Stormtroopers, however, from a bit of a distance. They might be seen on patrol along balconies or behind ropes for some physically distant photographs. May the Force be with you!
