    Do the rooms at all star movies resort have refrigerators? I am a diabetic and need to keep my insulin cold.

    Walt Disney World takes pride in accommodating guests with all sorts of requests. 

    Every Walt Disney World Resort room has a mini-fridge. You'll be able to store your medication along with small bottled drinks, bottled water, and a quart of milk. Most of the mini-fridges are located inside of console, chest, closet or desk, so upon check-in, be sure to check the room thoroughly or ask a Cast Member at the front desk!
