I have 3 rooms with separate reservations. How can I link the reservations for dining reservations and fast passes?

    Hi Karen!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We almost always visit the Walt Disney World Resort with family and friends, so I have a lot of experience with large groups. Once you get started you’ll see how My Disney Experience makes it easy for large parties!

My Disney Experience is your go-to location for making plans and organizing your vacation. You should have at least one adult from each room (and preferably any adult that would like to control or view the plans) create their own My Disney Experience Account. One adult from each family should add any children. Once everyone has their accounts set up, have each room link their resort reservation number. Then you’ll use the Family & Friends option to link your accounts! For example, in my family, I have an account and I have my four children on my account, while my husband has a separate account. My dad prefers to just go with the flow and doesn’t want to see or make the plans, so my mom has an account with my dad added. Then, we used the Family & Friends tool to link me, my husband's, and my mom’s accounts. This allows me to make FastPass+ for all of us, but both my husband and my mom can also view and make changes to our plans.

Once you arrive, you can use the My Disney Experience Mobile App on the go. Everyone with an account will be able to sign-in on their mobile device to easily view and change plans, use Mobile Ordering, view attraction wait times and more!

For Advance Dining Reservations, you can make a dining reservation for any size party, based on availability, 180 days before your resort check-in date. As long as you have a resort reservation, you don’t need to be linked to the others to reserve a table.

I hope this helps to get you started with your planning, Karen, and I hope you’ll come back with more questions as your trip approaches. We are here to help!
