Hello, Trisha! Thanks for bringing your question to the jazziest place this side of New Orleans... that's planDisney of course!
Trisha, since you'll be traveling with an extra room full of Mouseketeers, let's make sure you can make plans to include the entire crew. From your description, there are a few reasons you might not be able to see all of the occupants in the other room, so let's go through them one at a time:
First, make sure that each person in your traveling party has not only been connected to your "My Family & Friends" group by you, but has also
accepted the connection. If you see a notation by that person indicating "
Invite Pending," you may want to gently remind them to accept the connection so that you can share plans.
Another possibility is that the family or friends in the other hotel room don't have full access clicked on for sharing. Have each person check that their sharing status is "
All My Plans."
Trisha, another possibility is that the family member or friends haven't connected the resort reservation confirmation number to their My Disney Experience account. When booking a room-only or vacation package, you will have a reservation confirmation number that should be
linked to each account.
I hope that through checking each of the above suggestions you'll be able to successfully see all members of your traveling party in your "
My Family & Friends" section. If for some reason you still can't view everyone, I encourage you to call the Website Support line at (407) 939-4357.
Best wishes, Trisha, for a Magical vacation with your entire group.
Lauren
