I have 3 rooms at Pop reserved for 1st wk of Nov. 1 couple can't go now but have others that can. Pop is sold out, can we just change occupants without losing the room?

Hey there Heather and welcome to planDisney!

It always gives me a little anxiety when I have to move my carefully laid plans at the Walt Disney World Resort. Especially in a time such as this when getting a room at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel feels like an Olympic sport. Of course, you don't want to lose a highly sought-after room at Disney's Pop Century Resort just as the Christmas season is getting ready to kick off. Let's get you all sorted out so you can answer that magical call!

For a need this specific, you don't need to struggle with trying to fix this dilemma yourself. I would call 407-939-1936 to speak with the Cast Members who specialize in Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. They'll be able to talk you through your options and make changes on their end. Be sure to have your confirmation information on hand as they'll more than likely need it to proceed.

Now that we've gotten the business out of the way, I have to offer you a little pixie dust. You've picked an incredibly special time to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth. Between the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival and the absolutely wondrous changeover of Magic Kingdom Park from Halloween to Christmas, you're in for a real treat!

Heather, I hope you're able to get the help you need. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back for another chat!

    Happy planning!
