    Do the rooms at pop century have microwaves in them

    Hello and welcome to planDisney, Kathryn. Thanks for stopping by to ask us a question here. 

    Disney's Pop Century Resort is a great one to stay at. My family and I have enjoyed staying there numerous times over the years and I absolutely love the remodel they did on their rooms not too long ago. Kathryn, you will not find a microwave in the room at Disney's Pop Century Resort. Appliance wise you will have a small refrigerator and a coffee maker. Any other kitchen-type appliances are not allowed in the rooms for safety reasons. However, there are microwaves that you can use at the Everything POP Shopping & Dining area. This food court area is open every day from 7:00 a.m. until about 11:00 p.m. 

    There are a few resorts that do offer microwaves in the rooms if that is something that you are interested in. The family suites at both Disney's Art of Animation Resort and Disney's All-Star Music Resort both have small kitchenette areas with a microwave. The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground have full kitchens which include a microwave as well. Then, there's also Deluxe Villas that either has a kitchenette or a full kitchen in them. These are some great options in every price category depending on your budget.

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
