Have all the rooms at the polynesian been updated? What kind of coffepots are in the rooms? Can I request extra hangers or should I bring a few from home ?

    Aloha, Marcia!

Welcome back, friend. I am delighted to see that you are inquiring about Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. This is hands down my absolute favorite Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel. Each time I stay here I find another amazing reason to love this oasis.

All of the Guest rooms at Disney's Polynesian recently finished their renovations and wow! They look so bright and beautiful. The blue hues, floral designs, and subtle themes of Moana give these classic resort rooms a brilliant new twist. The accommodations now offer elevated beds that add a great space to store bulky luggage and there are terrific closet and vanity options to keep all of your vacation essentials organized. The two closets have a decent amount of hangers, but are there enough? Your question is one I have a lot of experience with! I am a pack for all occasions type of planner, and I often request (many) additional hangers while unpacking. You will absolutely be able to request these at this hotel. It is important to note that Cast Members will do everything they can to honor requests, but they are not guaranteed. To date, I have never experienced an issue receiving extra hangers, but you can bring a few of your own if you prefer.

You will also find single-serve Keurig coffee dispensers in these newly enhanced resort rooms. There will be coffee and tea Keruig cups featuring Joffery's Coffee & Tea Company. If you are a coffee fanatic like me, be sure to stop by Kona Island throughout your stay for press pot Kona Coffee! You may find your Kuerig goes untouched. This is one of the best coffee spots in The Most Magical Place on Earth.

I do want to briefly mention that there are two sides to The Polynesian. There is the previously mentioned Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Polynesian Villas and Bungalows. The second option is the Disney Vacation Club part of this spectacular resort. If you have booked a deluxe studio, rather than a traditional Guest room, you will find the recent remodel to be slightly different. You will still enjoy colorful theming, high beds, and ample storage. However, these rooms have a traditional coffee pot rather than a Kuerig. You will also find the cute and fluffy Stich and his Ohana throughout the decor in these rooms.

Marcia, I hope that you are able to enjoy the castle views and white sand beaches of this resort on your upcoming stay. It's a truly magical place.
    We'll see ya real soon!
