    Hi! If all 4 rooms in my party are linked together (all silver members), can one person check us all in and get all of our port arrival times? Also, can one room call and make reservations for all 4 of our rooms for ship activities/excursions, etc?

    Hi there, Tracey!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  As a Silver Castaway Club member, your 90 day booking window is fast approaching and I know you are eager to complete your online check-in and reserve excursions and activities for your upcoming sailing!  

    Yes, one person can go in and complete the Online Check-In for your traveling party, but the person who is checking in the group must have the reservations linked to their account.  Once you complete the Online Check-In portion you will be able to select the port arrival time for your party.  You can also reserve excursions through Port Adventures and onboard activities such as adult-exclusive dining and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique or spa reservations through your “My Cruise Activities” page.  All travelers should be linked together on your account to select activities making it easy and convenient to make group reservations.  If you need additional assistance or if things are not linked correctly, contact Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 for assistance in linking the reservations.

    There are so many things to look forward to onboard and traveling with a group will be such a fun adventure!  Be sure to download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to your smartphone to utilize the chat feature onboard to keep up with everyone!
