Hello there!
Welcome to planDisney, it's great to have you aboard! It's pretty fun to sail the seas with a big crew, I'd love to help you figure out staterooms.
For your party, I would recommend two staterooms with one adult and three children assigned to each room. There are
connecting staterooms available so that your party can easily visit between your two rooms! To book connecting rooms online you can follow these steps:
- Visit the Plan a Cruise page
- In the top filter bar click the "Guests" button (it's close to the "Find Dates" button toward the right) and enter one adult and three children for your first room, click "Add Another Stateroom" and enter your next adult and the other three kids
- Add any other filters you'd like, such as departure port or the month you want to travel
- Click "Find Dates"
- Choose an itinerary, click "Show Dates" and pick the date you want to sail by clicking "Continue" on that cruise
- On the next screen click "View Staterooms" then click "Confirm Travel Party" if everything is correct
- Choose your stateroom type (connecting staterooms must be the same type)
- Choose the area and deck of the ship you'd like to stay in
- When you pick your staterooms on the deck plan make sure you choose two rooms that are next door and show open doors on their shared wall, because not all rooms are connected
From there you can complete your reservation. If you'd like a little extra guidance you're welcome to
call and book your cruise with a Cast Member over the phone! If this will be your first Disney Cruise then I definitely recommend looking at the
cruise planning videos to help you get your bearings. There are a lot of choices to make as you determine where you want to cruise and when, but you really can't go wrong! My panelist friends and I are always happy to help, too. If you have more questions about choosing an itinerary, planning Port Adventures, or
what there is to do on a Disney Cruise we'd love to hear from you again!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
