Hello, Laura! It's lovely to have you sail to us at planDisney with your question. Welcome!
How exciting that it's time to begin the online check in process. With two reservations, you will need to check in to both separately, one after the other. To prepare for your online check in, be sure to have the
travel documentation for each member of your party, security photos, preferred payment information (such as the credit card you would like to use for onboard charges), and travel information handy. The security photos should be taken from the shoulders up, against a blank background, with eyewear and hats (or even extra sets of ears!) removed.
Reservations made through Disney Cruise Line's website will automatically be claimed to the profile that created the booking. This means that your login should be the one for both reservations. If you do not see both reservations when you sign into your account on
Disney Cruise Line's website, I recommend that you
call the friendly agents at Disney Cruise Line for some additional assistance.
Laura, I hope this information has been helpful. It won't be long till you have a holly jolly time aboard your
Very Merrytime sailing. I'd love to share a fun idea that my family (and many others) enjoy on these special themed sailings. Consider wearing festive matching outfits for a fun photo opportunity. You can take pictures near one of the many Christmas trees onboard, with a nice backdrop, or with a Disney Character in their own festive best.
Have a fantastic time making holiday memories. Please cruise back to us if you have further questions. We're all ears!
Happy Sailing,
Adrianna
