Hello Debbie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
We just returned from
Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend and stayed at
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. The need to rise before the sun in preparation for the events dictated a need for caffeine to kick-start our mornings. The good news was that our room (as are all rooms at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort) was equipped with two-cup coffee makers and supplied with delicious ready-to-brew Joffrey's brand coffee. The coffee maker deserved a medal for the pivotal role it played in my marathon success!
While roaming the resort, coffee is also readily available at Cafe Rix and Pepper Market in El Centro (the main building) and at Siestas Cantina at the Dig Site, home to the Lost City of Cibola pool, complete with spitting jaguar water slide and 50-foot Mayan pyramid.
While at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, you may wish to
make advanced dining reservations at Maya Grill to
sample delicious Nuevo Latino cuisines and live entertainment. My wife recommends the Margaritas!
To fully explore this Spanish Colonial retreat, you may be interested in
renting a 2-person, 4-person or 6-person fringe Surrey bike to traverse the path around Lago Dorado (big lake in the middle).
There are also Starbucks coffee locations in each of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks and at Disney Springs.
Have a Magical Vacation!
