We have 2 rooms booked for 5 nights in the Garden Wing beginning on June 9th. Is it possible to get adjoining rooms? Can I request they be on the bottom floor closet to the tower?

Hey there Rebecca! Welcome to planDisney. I am excited that you stopped by the most magical place on the internet to help plan your Disney vacation.

Walt once said, "It's kind of fun to do the impossible." Cast Members try their hardest to provide the experience each Guest wants but it is not always possible. Booking adjoining rooms and having those rooms located in a specific place within a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, like Disney's Contemporary Resort, is possible but not guaranteed. To define the Disney lingo: Adjoining rooms are two rooms that are near each other while connecting rooms share an interior door that connects the two rooms. You have three options to make your specific requests:

    1. Call Walt Disney World Resort and speak directly with a Cast Member
    2. Book your rooms then submit the online email request form; Choose Guest Services in the Category drop-down
    3. If you use an Authorized Disney Travel Planner, they will need to submit the request for you

Even though your trip to the "Most Magical Place on Earth" is a few months away I would make the requests now.

Rebecca, I hope this information helps you plan the adventure of a lifetime. planDisney is always here to help. Please feel free to write us back with any follow-up questions or for more Disney vacation planning advice and tips.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
