Greetings, Susan! You’ve reached one of my favorite days when planning a Disney Cruise –
cruise activity booking day! I'm excited to help you reserve your Port Adventures and onboard activities for your upcoming vacation at sea. There’s never a shortage of fun on a Disney Cruise!
Once your window opens, the person with the highest Castaway Club level in each stateroom can book activities for the entire group. The window opens 75 days in advance for first-time cruises. If you have sailed within the last five years, you are a Silver Member and can start reserving activities 90 days in advance.
Susan, did you try booking activities at midnight? In my experience, sometimes the website needs a bit of time to catch up with all the eager cruisers. I recommend trying again this morning. If that doesn’t work, try clearing your computer cache. Another option is to switch from the computer to the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Finally, if you’re still seeing a spinning circle,
give Disney Cruise Line a call, and they’ll be able to help you out.
The next important date is Online Check-In. You’ll need to check in each stateroom individually. To make this easier, have a photo of everyone’s citizenship documents ready, along with an individual color photo of each Guest taken against a neutral background. Also, gather everyone’s onboard payment details and travel plans. The final steps are selecting a port arrival time and carefully reviewing and accepting the cruise contract. Once all of this is completed, you can choose to save or print your Port Arrival Form for the port.
I hope you have a fantastic time planning your Disney Cruise! Please sail our way again if you need more help. We're here to make your cruise experience unforgettable.
SEAS the adventure!
