We have 4 rooms booked at Beach Club Villas (2 through RCI and 2 through a DVC member). I called down and explained that with 20 people we are eligible to be a GG. CM noted the other names of our party on my reservation, but now I'm reading about a GG#?

Hi Samantha, you are going to love the Beach Club Villas!

You do qualify as a Grand Gathering and are eligible to participate in the Special Experiences which include the Safari Celebration Dinner, Good Morning Gathering and the International Dinner & IllumiNations Dessert Reception. You'll first need a Grand Gathering number, which will link all of your rooms together. Normally, you would call the Grand Gathering Travel Planners directly. However, DVC Members actually have to go a slightly different route. The DVC Member in your party will need to contact Member Services (800-800-9800) and request that a Grand Gathering number be assigned to your group. Once that is set up, then you can call the Travel Planners directly at 407-WDW-PLAN to reserve the Special Experiences or for assistance with dining or other reservations.

Hope this helps and enjoy your vacation,
