I have 2 rooms booked can I have adults in one & children in the other?

    Hi Hugh,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel for assistance with your vacation planning!

A guest 18-years or older must be registered in each hotel room. Naturally, you will want to share your room with your companion and it can be a challenge with needing the kids to have their own space...yet also needing supervision. Your best bet is going to be to request connecting rooms. All of the Disney Resort Hotels have some rooms that are connecting. These rooms feature an interior door between the two rooms which will allow for supervision and privacy at the same time. There are a limited number of these rooms available, and first priority generally goes to families traveling with small children. If your family fits this description, I highly recommend that you call Disney and ask them to notate your request for connecting rooms. Sometimes if connecting rooms aren't available, they will assign you to "adjoining" rooms instead. These rooms do not share a door, but they are often beside, across, or diagonal from each other. I will add that every time I've needed connecting rooms (when my kids were younger), I have been able to get them. I generally will call the resort directly, exactly 9-days prior to arrival, and request to speak with the "Room Assigner". I reiterate my request to them and explain the reasons behind my request. I hope this works out for you as well. Please let us know if we can assist you further.

    Wishing you magical memories,
