Ahoy there, Debra, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you’re assembling quite the crew for an
Alaskan adventure, so I’d be delighted to help you with this question.
Although the majority of standard
Disney Cruise Line staterooms sleep up to four Guests, there are ways to travel with a group of 6 or 7 and still stay together. When it comes to staterooms that can accommodate six adults, Disney Cruise Line offers a few great options, though availability is limited.
For example, some Deluxe Family Oceanview Staterooms or Deluxe Family Oceanview Staterooms with Verandah can sleep up to five. For six adults, your best bet is to book connecting staterooms or explore Concierge-level accommodations, such as the 1-Bedroom or 2-Bedroom Concierge Suites aboard the
Disney Wonder, the ship that sails those spectacular Alaska itineraries.
Since stateroom capacities vary, I recommend
calling a Disney Cruise Line Representative to help you find the best setup for your travel party (and ensure everyone gets a great view of those stunning glaciers). You can also filter by “party size” when browsing the Find a Cruise page on the
Disney Cruise Line website to see which rooms are available for your preferred dates.
Whatever configuration you choose, I wish you smooth sailing while whale-watching from your verandah with your favorite people by your side. Speaking of verandahs, take advantage of the complimentary room service on your trip to enjoy breakfast while taking in those views. And if any other questions pop up, I hope you’ll head back to us here at
planDisney!
SEA ya real soon,
Sami
