    Would like to do an in room surprise for my son using Disney Florist. My question is, is it possible to have the room set up before we first check in, so it would really be a surprise. Or do you have to already check in and be in the room?

    Hello Lauren,

    I recently ordered a balloon bouquet for my daughter from Disney Florist and was so happy with it. My daughter was absolutely surprised, and the look on her face made my vacation.

    I originally wanted the surprise in our Resort room when we first arrived. However, you never know if there will be delays with your arrival or if there will be problems with your room. So it may be best that you wait until after your arrival to initiate the surprise. I had the bouquet arrive after dinner our first evening at Disney World. My daughter believed Mickey saw her at the Restaurant and sent her a special bedtime surprise. I also know of people who have had deliveries made towards the end of their trips so they had Pixie Dust all week long!
