How can I see what room we have on our resort reservation

    Welcome to planDisney, Marie!

You’ll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth during the most wonderful time of the year! I’m sure you’re already excited for the sugarplum dreams coming your way this December!

To see what room you have booked on your reservation, follow these steps:

-Log in to your account on the Walt Disney World Resort website.
-Hover over the “My Disney Experience” tab on the righthand side of your screen.
-Scroll down to select the “My Plans” tab.
-Scroll down the page until you see your Disney hotel reservation.
-Click the blue “Show Details” option below your confirmation number.

From there, you should be able to see what room you will be staying in next to the “Room Type” statement.

To see what room number you have, you will need to wait until you have completed Online Check-in and your room is ready for your arrival. You will be able to see your room number on the My Disney Experience Mobile App

I hope you have fun planning your magical adventure, Marie! If you have additional questions before your trip, please visit us again at planDisney!
